On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, the University President, Prof. Dr. Saleh Ramadan Qeshout, along with the University Registrar, Mr. Salahuddin Al-Fayad, the Director of the Information and Documentation Center, Dr. Nasser Aburawi, and the Director of the Information Technology Office, Mr. Tarek Moussa met with the college registrars in preparation for the new academic year 2024/2025.

The university president emphasized the necessity of registering new students for university study through the university's electronic system, which is set to be launched in the next two days. He also affirmed, along with the University Registrar, that student registration at colleges is the primary responsibility of the University Registrar and the college registrars. They are directly responsible for these procedures, and no other administrative divisions of the university or colleges will be allowed to encroach on this essential responsibility, ensuring the integrity of these procedures and the proper issuance of registration numbers and other necessary processes for student registration at colleges.

The Director of the Information and Documentation Center at the university provided a comprehensive explanation of the new system and expressed his readiness to overcome any difficulties and obstacles that may face registrars and students at the university. At the end of the meeting, the university president thanked the attendees for their attentive listening and valuable participation in this meeting, wishing them success and prosperity.
